The Europe Festival in Montreal
The purpose of the Europe Festival is to present to Quebecers, Canadians and all the inhabitants of Montreal European cultural performances in a festive manner. The House of Europe in Montreal wants to show that Montreal is the most European and Europhile city in North America.
